What is POD / Print-On-Demand?

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and product type. Please allow extra time for international orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to the U.S., Canada, and select international countries. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don’t ship there yet.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package on the shipping carrier’s website.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Due to the made-to-order nature of POD, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, they move into production, and changes may not be possible.

Design & Quality

What if the print fades after washing?

We use high-quality inks for long-lasting prints. To keep your item looking great, please follow the care instructions provided with your product.

Do the colours match what I see online?

We do our best to show accurate colours, but slight variations may occur due to monitor differences and printing methods.
